Before we embark on this journey together, I think it's only fair you get to know a little about the person who'll be accompanying you.
I'm Michelle, a certified Integrative Life Coach, Clinical Hypnotherapist, and Somatic Attachment Therapist. With a professional background in Early Childhood Education and Development, I've spent a decade witnessing the intricate dance of human growth and development, from the earliest stages onwards.
This fascination with the human journey led me to branch out into different areas of study, each one enriching my understanding of the human experience. The result? A unique blend of scientific knowledge, clinical skills, and heart-centered approach to healing.
In the realm of parts work, I practice Somatic Parts Work, a technique that enables us to explore and heal different parts of your being. Think of it as a form of internal teamwork where we help your different parts work together towards a shared goal of wellbeing.
Energy Medicine has also found its way into my practice. As much as we are physical and psychological beings, we are also energetic beings. Recognizing and working with this aspect of our existence can lead to profound changes in our overall health and well-being.
With all these tools and techniques at our disposal, I assure you, our work together will be far from one-dimensional. We'll integrate these different approaches to ensure your healing journey is comprehensive, personalized, and, above all, compassionate.
Remember, in this journey, you're not alone. As we navigate the complexities of your experiences and aspirations, you have a partner in me. I'm here, ready to meet you where you are, and walk with you towards where you want to be.
My favorite part was Michelle herself. The way she shows up and her personality and relatability.
My biggest transformation was how much more in tune I got when anxiety would come up and then having tools available to regulate in the moment rather than just feeling helpless about it. As well as the gradual decrease I got in general anxiety by doing the “homework” consistently which also helped me remember the regulating tools in the times my anxiety and mind took over.
What surprised me the most is was the various different ways and approaches Michelle has to work with each individual, incorporating various different modalities and not just being stuck on one technique and belief.
I would recommend Michelle to anybody struggling with anxiety that is ready to make changes actively and wants to learn about the nervous system and how it works as well as get plenty of different ways you can learn to regulate your system so you can figure out which works best for you.
